At Graw Radiosondes, we offer flexible working time models, the opportunity to work from home, flat hierarchies, collaboration in mixed teams and a wide range of opportunities for co-determination. This allows individual freedom and variety in the organisation of everyday working life and the choice of work location. Our aim is to enable each individual to realise their full potential. We aim to strengthen the satisfaction and sense of belonging of our employees through good training, targeted support and further training.

Whether in day-to-day project business, in ongoing production or in administration: the diversity of our workforce in the various positions clearly shows that equality, tolerance and integration are not just empty words for us. In fact, these values are an integral part of our corporate culture.

However, the increasing shortage of skilled labour also means that, as a medium-sized company, we have to be particularly vigilant and open to change.
