What are personal data and what we use them for

Personal data is any information about your person that enables an identification, e. g. surname, first name, address or e-mail address. You do not have to disclose personal data to use our websites. If personal data is collected (e. g. surname, postal address or e-mail address in the contact form) this is done always on a voluntary basis whenever possible. We only store data that you transmitted automatically or voluntarily. These data will not be transferred to third parties without your express permission.

How are personal data processed?

At several locations on our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us or to use certain services. Any personal data transmitted by this reason will only be stored for the purpose for which it was transferred such as handling your inquiry or in order to respond to possible questions.

Which personal data are requested?

If the website offers the possibility to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, surnames, postal addresses), the input of these data is made on the part of the user on particularly voluntary basis. The use of all offered services is, as far as technically feasible and reasonable, also permitted without specification of such data or under specification of anonymised data or by using an alias. However, correct specification of optional data enables us to serve you on an individual basis.

  • Operating system
  • The page you have visited
  • Data volume transmitted
  • Access status (file transmitted, file not found etc.)

These data cannot be linked to specific persons. No consolidation of these data with other data sources is performed. We reserve the right to subsequently inspect these data should specific evidence of unlawful use become apparent to us.

Furthermore these cookies allow us to recognise your computer on your next visit.

Most browsers are configured in such a way that they accept cookies automatically. You can, however, deactivate the storage of cookies or adjust your browser so that you will be informed whenever cookies are sent.

If you should have deactivated all cookies in your browser, a so-called session ID serves towards identifying your person during continuous access to our website. Here, too, no data will be stored on your computer. The session ID is deleted again after your access has ended.
